Four years ago, after years of freelancing, I decided that it was time for me to join a bigger company with interesting projects. I chose Divante and the company chose me as well. Because I had never worked with Magento before, I started off as a Junior Developer. I immediately liked the clear career path. What I value most at Divante is that they care about their employees' development, believe in their ambition and invest in their growth. Thanks to this, today I am a proud Senior Certified Magento Developer. I work as an independent engineer, leading projects, combining soft and technical skills. All this means that working at Divante is not just a wearisome duty but a great adventure with even more challenges ahead of me.
- Frontend Developer
While a student with some basic experience creating websites, I joined Divante as a Junior Frontend Developer. Thanks to working with experienced software developers, I learned quickly and was promoted to a Frontend Developer within a year. My mission is to make sure that each website created by us is user-friendly. So in my daily job, I focus on the aesthetics, efficiency and availability of the solutions we’re working on.
- PHP Developer
I joined the ranks of Divante in July 2016 as a PHP developer with basic knowledge of PHP and web development. From the very beginning, I met many intelligent, open people who have helped me to deepen my understanding of the tricks, and tools, of the trade. Initially, I was involved in developing the Divante company website in order to get to know the nuts and bolts of the industry.
When I was ready to face a real challenge, I joined the ENEA Purchase Zone project to develop my knowledge of Magento. After a year at Divante with such great people, I can confidently say that I have progressed leaps and bounds. Now I am working as a Junior PHP Developer, and I have the know-how and ability to publish my own open source modules to the company repository, and play an active role in the development of the large e-commerce platform, Magento.
During the last year, I have also had the opportunity to work on projects such as the ENEA Purchase Zone, SOLAR, and LUX365, which further have developed my skills, and I feel that this is just the beginning of my career here.
- Project Manager
I joined Divante two years ago when I was looking for new challenges as a Project Manager - I have definitely found them here. First, I presided over two huge and strategically crucial projects which shed new light on my job every day and inspired new conclusions. Then I was proposed to be the first Tribe Master in Divante. Today we can say that this experiment was successful, and I can indeed call myself a Tribe Master.
My duties include tribe management, sales support, planning human resources for the projects in my tribe, and giving feedback to tribe members. I have the final say when it comes to who joins the tribe and what projects we are going to work on. This works like a small company within Divante. We work using our own working methods that best suit our projects. It is very effective and satisfying at the same time!
- New Business Developer
I joined Divante in January 2017 as a New Business Developer and I have already visited Germany, England and Norway, talking to potential clients. I have also sold my first project in the company to a French client. Exactly six months on from my start, I had a presentation during a conference in Tel Aviv on the same stage as the Head of Ecommerce for ASOS and the Head of Future Retail at BMW. In September, I’m going to Israel once again, and this is just the beginning.
- Sales Manager
My adventure with Divante started over two years ago. Initially, I was responsible for searching for new prospects and verifying incoming leads. Thanks to the huge support from more experienced colleagues from the Sales Department, and the Management Board, I have developed both my hard and soft skills, which has made it possible for me to independently take care of potential clients, sell my first projects and get promoted to Sales Manager.
Today, as a Sales Manager, I deal with identifying clients’ needs and matching them to the right services and products from Divante’s portfolio. I also represent the company at international events.
